Essential Job Duties/Scope of Work:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:**
Ensure high-quality and successful management and delivery of the partnership agreement with UNHCR, ECHO and Gates grantsManaging relationships with partner agency (UNHCR), pertinent service providers to ensure relevant stakeholders interests are addressed within IMC and UNHCR policy guidelinesProvide technical support to the program team in accordance to the UNHCR program agreement and guidelines from WHO, UNHCR, MOH and IMCProvide or coordinate trainings to program and partner staff relevant to the program activitiesResponsible for achieving the key program indicators outlined in the partner agreement he/she manages and ensuring those programs are executed within the timeframe and budget plannedManage the monitoring and reporting of the progress of operations and indicators, and contribute to processes to measure, learn from and improve impact in consultation with program team and supervisorImplement other duties as may be assigned by the Program Director and/or Country DirectorResponsible for communications with technical government stakeholders, program team and UNHCR protection teamIdentify and discussion decisions to solve issues that interfere in the delivery of services or in achieving the program objectives with supervisorsProvide regular reports and updates on program activities on a monthly basisFollow IMC s established policies, procedures and objectives.Conduct meetings with pertinent staff on a regular basis to pro-actively address issues and concernsSupervise the performance of medical and program staff according to set job descriptions and revise as necessaryActively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards within International Medical Corps and amongst beneficiaries served by International Medical Corps.

Qualifications:
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 to 5 years experience in resource limited settings, experience with IMC desirable
Able to provide supervision and assistance to technical staff according to program needs
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to provide feedback/reports regarding work -related activities
Able to speak and write in English
