  • Development terms of reference to engage vendors to maintain and develop functionality required for Public Consultations;
  • Act as the focal point for stakeholder requests on multiple concurrent online public consultations;
  • Document and convert stakeholder requirements into development tasks and prioritise them accordingly with the respective vendors; 
  • Coordinate and project manage all development tasks until they are deployed to production and accepted by stakeholders;
  • Prepare periodic reports of use and access of the platform, technical issues and make suggestions for improvements;
  • Manage procurement of and supervise project coordination and facilitation consultants for Public Dialogues, including substantive guidance and contract management;
  • Establish user support channels and manage the provision of Tier 1-3 for the Public Dialolgues, its processes and technology infrastructure, including direct Tier 1 support to online users of the Public Dialogues;Generate and maintain the knowledge base of technical assistance, solutions, questions and answers related to public dialogues.  

Education:
 
  • Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in an IT related discipline.
 
Experience:
 
  • 5 years of professional work experience providing technical and programme support connecting development, knowledge management and IT management;  
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing web applications, in particular Social Networking and Web 2.0;
  • Proven experience in Drupal, SharePoint or WordPress is considered a strong asset;
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 products and technologies;
  • Demonstrated experience managing open source development teams and contractors dispersed globally. 
 
Language Requirements:
 
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral;
