Responsibilities
- Manage CMCD document tracking database system that houses all Jhpiego contractual submission
- Compile CMCD monthly DocuVantage (DVOD) activity reports to the Director and Manager of CMCD, the COO and other Senior Leadersh ip Team Members
- Assist with the processing of requests for payments of invoices
- Manage information on the CMCD my.Jhpiego SharePoint/Access driven website
- Perform additional duties as requested by CMCD Manager
- Exercise independent judgment and apply knowledge of JHU and Jhp iego procedures and operating policies
Required Qualifications
- BA with 5 years progressively responsible office/administrative management experience
- Exposure to research administration and/or paralegal work
- Progressive working knowledge of an ERP system, experience with SAP preferred
- Strong financial and budgetary abilities
- Advanced knowledge of database management
- Demonstrat ed knowledge o f proposal process
- Basic understanding and inte r pretation of OMB, CFRs (Cod e of Federal R egulations) , and FARs (Fede r al Acq u i s iti on Regulations)
- Strong understanding of contra c ts and cooperative agreements including th eir relevant terms, condit i ons and t he diffe rences between them
- Demonstrated ability to learn qu ic kly, read analytically and wr ite we ll and fluently
- Demonstrated ability to work with professionals at all levels o f the organ i zation
- Demons trated high-level skills in plann in g , organizing and managing multip l e tasks
- Ability to work independent ly and exercise independent judgement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced complex team environment with multiple projects/tasks, short deadlines, competing deadlines and intense pressure to perform
