    1. Education - Advanced university degree in any of the following: Social Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration, International Relations, International Humanitarian Law, Development Studies, Community Development, Anthropology, Public Health, Education or other fields related to the work of UNICEF. Undergraduate degree with additional 4+ years of relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of advanced degree.
    2. Work experience At least 2 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in international development and/or a global system deployment with proven ability to manage projects involving many stakeholders. Familiarity with UNICEF's country programme cycle and associated processes is an asset. Familiarity with dedicated IT systems utilised by users with a range of experience and aptitudes for IT systems, and related user support systems.
    3. Languages - Excellent writing and communication skills in English and preferred knowledge of at least one other UN language
    4. Software – Knowledge of MS Office suite, modern software development and deployment methodologies, and varying software systems and requirements (relevant to eTools stack and future software development incorporations). Knowledge and experience in training users of varying technical capacity on software systems
